Amarc in partnership with Belfast Harlequins are renowned for our friendly, energetic and welcoming atmosphere. We offer a number of versatile spaces to accommodate a wide range of events, from simple breakfast meetings or a full day conference, a BBQ for 300 or a tasty buffet, to an intimate dinner or a large scale banquet. The facilities at Belfast Harlequins are perfect for birthdays, conferences, fundraisers and family gatherings.

The main function room can accommodate 120-140 guests for a banquet dinner and approximately 150 theatre style. The secondary function room can accommodate 60-80 guests’ banquet style and 100 guests theatre style.

For a more intimate experience we have a third smaller area which can facilitate up to 20 people for a conference/business meeting or a private meal.

In addition there are two large grass areas at the front and side of the club house which can be hired. These spaces are ideal for bouncy castles, fire walk, markets etc.

Applications to use any of our wonderful facilities in the heart of South Belfast for your next function should be made by a member using the downloadable application form.
